When it comes to buying Vertical Door Kits one always asks themselves the questions, which kit do you buy? Do you go for the vehicle specific kit and have a well balanced break in and operation of your kit with the possible premature draw back of having to replace parts sooner than later? doority Or do you go universal and deal with the extra strength of the kit being a little too strong in favor of it being just right in 2-5 years. And then price?..Do you go cheap? Do you go middle ground? Or Do you go with a manufacturer who more than likely is selling a kit for upwards of $1000.00 plus. Well here is our humble answer.
First there are 3 types of customers.: The Low Budget Impatient Consumer, The Middle Budget Patient Consumer, Money No Object Consumer. So First you must establish, which of those 3 you fall into. First we will go to the LBIC Consumer (Low Budget Impatient Consumer). This consumer doesn’t have the budget nor do they want to spend too much on a kit and in contrast, they simply have no intention of saving or waiting to have the money for anything more expensive than what they can get a the present moment. So this customer:
1: Doesn’t want to save up for the bigger and better product
2: They have no intention on spending too much and in contrast they don’t want to throw their money away either. So if you fall into this category then you want to go Universal/Middle Priced. You don’t want to spend anywhere near $1000.00 but in contrast you don’t want to risk getting a cheap kit that will need replacing in 2 years either. So Universal is a must for you as dealing with the abnormal strength of the door (if it has it) is of little concern aside from having a perfectly working door years down the road, and you want to go middle priced 400-590 dollar range. This means you have to be sure your kit isn’t an overpriced version of a $175.00 cheap-o-matic kit (or… a China made and imported version of a vertical door kit, though to be fair some imported kits are good quality and strength) but generally you want to go middle ground. This way you won’t spend too much nor will you get a low quality product (this depends on your own research in purchasing your lambo door kit) in addition you won’t spend extra money in the future if you search correctly. This is your ideal purchase category.
Now for the next two.. The last 2 (MBPC and MNOC) types of consumers get the same answer. Though the middle budget consumer has some financial restraints they don’t mind saving longer to get the best possible kit and of course the consumer which has no financial restraints simply doesn’t care but then again they don’t want to be swindled because they have deeper pockets either. This means both of these types of consumers will of course want the best product as well as the most reliable, in addition to the most worthy kit for its price. So for the BEST possible kit you should buy is. Remote Operated / Automatic Door Kit “Universal” Door Kit. It is expensive, but it is the best buy if you’re willing to either save up for one or have a bigger budget. You possess all of the advantages of the Universal Door Kit and none of the disadvantages of its early operation and 9 times out of 10 the electrical parts come with a lifetime warranty (usually the entire kit will). Simply put, with professional installation it is your best overall buy. So good luck to all of the show car and street performance enthusiasts! We look forward to seeing some tricked out unique spins on Lambo door kit use.
