Great Times, Warm Weather, Beautiful Vistas

I have been fortunate enough to have had the great opportunity of visiting Lake Powell for over 25 years. In that time, I have taken every chance that I have been presented with to make the drive and jump into a houseboat and beat it to a secluded canyon.

Summer if fabulous and is what it is all about, but the fall season is perhaps one of the best. The world seems to have slowed from it’s hectic pace, the party element has long since headed back to the masses and the season is ready to settle into calm and beauty.

You cannot believe the way that  powellgaragedoorrepair the sun warms and reflects the deserted coves that are immediately adjacent every channel excursion. The sun can still top out the temperature to over 90 in the day, but the coolness of the season tempers even the longest high pressure.

With all of the crowds (like it ever is really crowded – except at entry points) headed back to the grindstone, exploring the Indian ruins is just one example of a day trip that serves to entice everyone to this great adventurous place.

After you have made the trip to Lake Powell once, you understand all of the logistics and most importantly, you understand just what all the fuss about this beautiful lake is.

Fall waterskiing is still possible and quite pleasant. Fishing takes on a new season of it’s own. I don’t claim to be much of a fisherman but I have made the trip in the late fall before with my brother (who happens to be a fishing guide and spends 20 weeks a year doing it) and he claims that it rivals his float trips or the outings to Tierra Del Fuego.

Last year in the fall, we had a leftover week in the houseboat and we went just for the hiking. Our two eldest kids had completed their education and graduated in the spring and we convinced them to take the autumn drive and loaded up the suv.

I sincerely hope that I have inspired you to investigate the fall wonders that await you in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

When You Should Change Your Digital Marketing Strategy

Digital Marketing is continually evolving and this may seem unsettling at times. Strategies that were working in past, might not be effective in the present. Do you know why many businesses fail to get ahead of their competitors? It’s simply because they are not willing to adapt to the ever-changing world of digital media. But, the great thing about a digital marketing strategy is that you can change them on the fly in response to real-time results and analytics data. While this may seem tricky as if you change things too quickly, you may not be able to find if your strategy worked for long-term. But if you wait for a long time, you are likely to waste your two valuable resources: time and money.

With that said, how do you know when its the right time to change your Digital Marketing strategy? To help you keep up with the fast-paced industry, I’ve created this  PPC Agency USA  post to help you know when to change your digital marketing strategy.

Below are the 5 signs to help you decide when to quit your existing strategy.

1. Focusing on low-value metrics

2. Only focusing on your brand not on audience needs

Every marketer wants to spread their brand name but you should not overdo by pasting your brand name all over everything. In fact, make your content educational that focus on your audience problems and needs. This would really help you in targeting buyers in initial stages of the buyer’s journey.

3. Over usage of keywords

Although, it’s required to place keywords in your content, Google’s priority always lies in providing reach user experience and relevancy of content. Google has nothing to do with how many times your site shows the keyword like “Digital Marketing Strategy.”

4. Don’t rely on your instinct

Your prior experience is certainly precious. But your decision-making process should not be only based on what worked in the past. It’s a really bad idea as what worked tomorrow may be completely irrelevant today. Therefore guiding your marketing strategy through objective data will only get you better results.

5. Not integrated

Whether it’s about veteran digital marketer, sitting in IT or a start-up company, it’s too common for digital marketing strategies to be finished in silos. It is an easier way but of course, it’s not effective. It’s true that digital approach works best when it’s integrated with traditional channels.

Now you know that if you need to change your digital marketing strategy or not, here is a complete guide to help you build a new, powerful marketing strategy to achieve your online goals.

What are the essential steps for creating an effective digital marketing strategy?

When creating a marketing strategy for your business, always keep your audience first. Set goals, plan your strategy, implement it, and finally measure your success.

Research on your target market and competitors
Know your audience because if you don’t them, how can you help them
Integrate different marketing strategies and use only the correct tools
If you don’t have the required skills set, don’t hesitate to purchase special services
Identify your online value proposition and apply it across all digital marketing channels
Last but definitely not the least, prepare yourself
But before you do something ask yourself few questions. Asking yourself right questions and having their answers in place will certainly help you make the right decisions. I’ve given some Q’s & A’s below to help you out.
Which digital channels are most effective for you and why?

With so many digital channels around, it gets difficult to choose the best one. So you can identify it with these simple basics:

Identify the channel where most of your potential customers like to hang out
Analyze your target audience behavior

Attend industry events and conferences
Social media and newsletters to reach out to your potential customers

How to evaluate your digital marketing activities?
Unfortunately, some companies don’t know how to answer this question correctly. If you’re also one of them, don’t feel embarrassed! Just hop on and find out how can you determine the right metrics and evaluate your current digital marketing activities.

Identify your target KPI (Key Performance Indicator) to help you understand what’s working
Monitor your website traffic and sales to know the necessary statistics about your customers
Track and measure your metrics through Google Analytics

eaching can be an especially isolating calling At whatever point teachers finally

eaching can be an especially isolating calling At whatever point teachers finally get a chance to get together it much of the time changes into gclub an undesirable issue fest researching every limit that administration financed schools face. In any case, this isn’t for the most part the circumstance. I have found that as instructors start driving and sharing their voice, the story changes. The lifestyle that structures at an ECET2 and various other teacher drove affiliations perceive that there are issues and builds up an environment where educators can collect, empty the limits and offer and make game plans.

I have found that when teachers start coordinating, shocking things happen. As a related educator, I am more animated to endeavor new things in my examination corridor. I’m attempting various things with methods like issue based learning, breakoutedu.com (using move away from room experiences to challenge thinking), anything to give my understudies more control of their learning. These new instruments would not be in my apparatus compartment without other teacher pioneers all through the state.

I’m finding that when teachers can acquire from various educators, capable learning ends up being less bargaining or less like another band we need to ricochet through. I see teachers being more open to experimentation, endeavoring risky, nontraditional appearance methodologies and, in this way, our understudies are thriving. That shift eventually is what happens when teachers acquire from and complete the strategies of other homeroom specialists.

How to Extend the Life Span of Your Household Machines Through Appliance Repair

While most home appliances are only expected to last for a decade or so, having them repaired occasionally can help you keep them useful for a longer time. In the majority of cases, calling a reasonably priced appliance repair service can save you money compared to the cost of replacing the entire appliance.

If we believe statistics about the expected life span of major home appliances, then the outlook for appliance ownership is not that encouraging. According to data gathered by Consumer Reports, dishwashers and microwave ovens only last an average of 9 years, and a typical washing machine is only expected to stick around for about 10. The prediction for garbage disposals is roughly 12 years, and dryers, refrigerators, and electric ranges are supposedly good for about 13 years of service. Does that mean that your household appliances are on “borrowed time” as they approach the end of these time spans? Not necessarily. In the case of household appliances, an average life span does not take into account frequency of use, how often the machines are moved and jostled, and how well they were maintained and cared for. It’s also unclear whether the statistics on appliance life spans take into account the benefits of getting appliance repairs.

Under favorable conditions, a home appliance can continue operating properly well past its allotted number of years. Although some homeowners tend to replace their malfunctioning appliances at the first sign of trouble, it can be much more economical to seek the services of an appliance repair company. Depending on the cost of the worn-out part, and how long it takes the repairman to replace it, appliance repairs can cost hundreds of dollars less than buying a brand-new appliance. Once an appliance warranty runs out and the expected life span of the appliance appliancerepairo  draws near, some people assume that the machine is a lost cause. The truth is that many ten-year-old appliances can be restored to full functionality by simply replacing a single part. On the other hand, if there are multiple parts that are wearing out and the appliance is 15 years old, then it’s probably time to consider replacing the whole machine. If the problem can be traced to one relatively inexpensive appliance part, though, bringing in a repair service may be the most cost-effective solution.

A reputable appliance repair service will usually provide you with helpful advice on whether it’s time to replace the malfunctioning unit or not. If you can get them to diagnose the severity of the problem over the phone, you might even be able to avoid the cost of a service call. More times than not, however, they’ll want to do the troubleshooting in person to ensure a correct diagnosis.

One of the best ways to extend the life of your kitchen and laundry room appliances is by calling a dependable appliance repair service when problems develop. Keep in mind that whether you need washing machine repair or dishwasher repair, the solution to your problem may simply involve replacing an inexpensive part. An experienced home appliance repair technician should be able to know, within a matter of minutes, whether the defective part is a heating element, water inlet valve, door gasket, or something else.

5 Reasons to Embrace Digital Marketing

The spread of Covid-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc all around us. Businesses and lives in general have suffered a lot and we still seem to be inside a tunnel with a hope to see the light soon. Various businesses have been pushed to their limits and they are forced to re-strategize and re-invent themselves. appliancerepairo Innovation has become the key to their survival.

While the new age businesses already had the edge of being digitally active, their reliance on digital marketing grew even further. On the other hand, the businesses that relied more on conventional forms of marketing like in-person events, trade shows, and exhibitions etc., suddenly found themselves in troubled waters. Hence, there has been a pressing need for the companies to go for digital transformation to stay competitive and to avoid extinction.

Here we mention 5 reasons for the businesses to embrace digital marketing at the earliest.

Visibility and Competitive Edge: With the growing penetration of the internet, it is getting increasingly common for people to go online to initiate their search for products and services. They usually discover your products and services through e-mails, Search engines, social media channels, and websites etc. The more you are found online, the more business opportunities it can generate. No wonder, digitally adept companies are doing more business. Hence, investing in digital marketing can give you that competitive edge.
Performance analysis and building strategies in accordance with that: Once you have started implementing digital marketing strategies, you can monitor your campaigns’ performance with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and Instagram Insights etc. For example, Google Analytics can help you to keep a track of key metrics such as number of visitors, bounce rates, and time spent on different pages of your website. It helps you gather information on what is working and what is not. Moreover, you can develop your future strategies based on these insights.
Marketing budget optimization: Last year was a nightmare for businesses in tourism, hospitality, events, and travel etc. Even other businesses that relied heavily on traditional forms of marketing suffered a lot because of the lockdown restrictions. However, there have been enough stories of how switching to digital helped them stay afloat in new normal. Even though the marketing budgets took a hit, some businesses were wise enough to redirect what was available towards digital marketing. It became an eye opener for many of them as they found newer avenues for lead generation. It has granted the businesses a vision to optimize their marketing budget in a way that they make the best use of both conventional forms of marketing and digital marketing.
Empowerment of employees: With more and more businesses adopting an integrated marketing strategy, employees feel empowered because digital tools enable them to accomplish their jobs faster and with increased transparency. Since this is an ever-evolving field, learning and development is a key aspect of this job. All of these contribute to innovative business practices that enable employees to make informed decisions faster.
Increased Revenue: With multiple digital marketing channels at your disposal and their effective usage, you can increase your organization’s revenue at a faster rate. 81.7% of respondents in a survey conducted by Grin agreed that digital marketing increased their financial performance. This is purely because of a data-driven marketing model with innovative concepts and strategies which help organizations to reach new markets while keeping the existing markets equally interested.
While adopting digital marketing strategies became a sort of emergency pill in this pandemic era, there are enough reasons to believe that they will continue to be an integral part of organizations’ marketing strategies when things are back to normal. Moreover, they would be more prepared to handle any such eventualities in future.

How to Do Rome in 48hrs

You’ve just arrived in Rome with a couple of days to kill. How is it possible to see all there is to see in such a short time? This is the guide to get the most out of Rome in the shortest amount of time.

19:00

Hopefully check in at the hotel has been fairly straightforward so now it is to venture out in search of a good meal. A meal in the old Trastevere part of the city has several benefits. Firstly there is a multitude of touristy type sidewalk restaurants and pizzerias to choose from and secondly they are within gentle strolling distance of several significant landmarks, delectrician  including the well preserved Pantheon.

Rome is just as appealing by night as by day, with the heat of a Roman summer, night time walks may just save a few hours of excessive sweating during the day. Any of the little back streets between the Pantheon and the Spanish steps are perfectly placed to allow a generous meal of pasta and a good carafe of wine to be walked off quite easily.

21:00

Make your way to the Spanish steps to sit and hang out with the locals, while the view from the top of the steps in front of the church Trinita dei Monti offers a great view out over the city. Wander through to the Trevi Fountain and buy dessert in the form of a gelato and try your luck with the change. Throw one coin over your shoulder to come back, two coins to come back and get kissed or three coins to come back and be married.

22:00

Keep on walking through the streets until you reach Piazza Venezia, so named because of the Palazzo overlooking the piazza that resembles the Doges Palace in Venice. The balcony on the second floor may look familiar, it was the podium from which the dictator ‘il duce’ Mussolini delivered his fascist speeches. The other landmark overlooking the piazza is the unmistakable monument to Vittorio Emanuele II.

This has earned several nicknames over the years including the Wedding Cake and the Typewriter. The tomb of the Unknown Soldier lies here under armed guard along with the eternal flame. If the monument is open there is a fantastic view over the Rome rooftops, a glimpse into the Roman Forum and the Colosseum behind it. This is closed at dusk but many of the ruins are lit up at night.

23:00.

If the night air has revived you there is the option of checking out the local night life as there are plenty of bars and clubs open around the central city area. Also there are some in other piazzas such as Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori that stay open until the early hours. Otherwise it’s back to the hotel to get ready for tomorrow.

08:00

It pays to start early, particularly in the summer to beat the crowds and the temperatures but luckily the city is not too spread out to get from one sight to the next. The metro system is basic to use to say the least, there are only two metro lines that criss-cross the city and the buses are clearly marked with destinations. Termini is the central bus and metro terminal. Tickets must be bought before boarding and validated in the yellow machines, starting from EUR1 for one journey.

No visit to Rome is complete without a trip to the Vatican. San Pietro is on the western side of the river Tiber with the dome of St Peter’s visible from most parts of the city. The Vatican museum rooms are open from 8.45 in the morning until 4pm, with the last entry just before 3.30pm, during the busy summer months. It is open until 1pm on Saturdays and low season, while it is closed on Sundays and religious observances. You need plenty of time to walk through the 7km of museum rooms to reach the Sistine chapel where you can admire the detail and wonder at the creation on the ceiling by Michelangelo. It pays to have some sort of description of the frescoes handy to explain what you are looking at. The Pope gives his public address on Wednesday mornings at 11am.

13:00

If you are still hungry for more there is the vast interior of the Basilica itself, the crypt below and the view from the dome above down into the square. Now is probably a good time to find some lunch before taking on the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. Take plenty of water with you in the summer months as wily vendors will sell small bottles at exorbitant prices. Along lunch also gets you out of the hottest part of the day.

15:00

Entry tickets to the Colosseum can be bought at the gate but if the line is too long you can go to the ticket window at the base of the Palatine hill and buy them there. The line here is generally much shorter as not many tourists go up the hill. The remains of the Emperors palace stands at the top overlooking the forum and quite stretegically down on the Temple of the Vestal Virgins. This hill is also said to be where Romulus founded Rome.

Beside the Colosseum stands the Arch of Constantine, which was an exercise in recycling of old monuments by Emperor Constantine to reward himself for beating Maxentius. The Colosseum has been damaged over the last 1800 years by earthquakes, invaders and marble merchants but the recent restoration projects has seen parts of it restored to give a good idea of its original state.

16:00

The Via Sacre leads from the Colosseum up into the Foro Romano, the centre of the ancient Roman trading world. The ruins include the original forum, Julius Caesar’s funeral pyre, his Senate building, the Temple of the Vestal Virgins and the arch of Septimus Severus. The forum was buried over several hundreds of years of flooding, each layer has been stripped back to reveal another Roman era, and in some cases where two eras have merged, as in the case of the Temple of Antonino and Faustina. The door that stands halfway up the exposed wall shows where the ground level was during the 8th Century when the 2nd Century temple was converted to church.

There are plenty of tour guides available as history students and licensed guides offer their services with tours of the forum and the coliseum. The stories they tell really help the ruins to come alive. Across the road is Trajan’s Forum with the very conspicuous Trajan’s column. This marks the edge of ancient Rome and the continuation of the modern city. Unfortunately most of ancient Rome lies beneath the Via dei Fiori Imperiali, the road built by Mussolini to parade his troops up and down before going off to battle.

17:00

The rest of the day can be spent either indulging in some people watching at any of the cafes in Piazza Navona and admiring the Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi sculptured by Bernini, or relaxing in the shade in the park at the 17thC Villa Borghese. Then its back to those clubs you missed last night.

08:00

This really depends on when you decide to leave. An early evening departure may enable you to take in one of three options provided you start early. The baths of Caracalla is a 10 hectare space that once held 1600 people there to take advantage of the bathing, shops, libraries, gardens and public entertainment. These open at 9am closing 1 hour before sunset and 2pm on a Monday. You would need around 3-4 hours including travel time to view these.

The other option is to visit one of the vast catacombs that are buried beneath the city. These are miles and miles of tunnels, burial vaults and Churches dug by the early Christians to escape persecution by the Romans. The burial vaults are countless metres tall and the tunnels run down over several levels. The resulting rabbit warren requires a guide to take you through and out again safely. You can choose from the ones on the Via Appia Antica, which are the largest, or the Catacombs of San Callisto which are next door to the Catacombs of San Sebastiano. They open at 8.30am closing at noon, reopening in the afternoon from 2.30pm until 5pm. Again you would need 3-4 hours to take one site in.

10:00

The third and final choice is to leave the whole touristy thing out and indulge in some authentic food experiences. The food markets north of the Vatican are held just off Viale dele Millizie and the ones in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele near Termini offer a selection of fresh and locally made produce.

There you have it, all the major attractions of Rome achievable in just 2 days. The choice now is, do I really want to leave just yet?

Katy Hyslop has spent the past 6 years travelling, tour guiding and generally hanging around the European tourism industry. She is now based in Italy and in charge of keeping the crew under control at Plus. If you want to know more on what to see or where to stay in Rome click here

The Benefit of Stainless Steel Jewellery and Chain Accessories

Are you tired of polishing and re-polishing your jewellery? Does your jewellery spend most of its time in the box for the fear of loss, damage or the like? Maybe you need to adopt a new type of jewellery. Make way for stainless steel jewellery and chain accessories. If you are thinking that jewellery steel chain & wire rope used in the boats are one and the same then of course you are wrong. Yes, they are both stainless steel, but the kind of steel used for jewellery is quite different from the industrial steels. If you want sturdy, inexpensive jewellery that lasts, steel can be an ideal choice. If you are still not convinced, the following information may help.

• Untarnished Jewellery – Stainless Steel is an alloy that has iron that provides its strength as well as carbon, chromium and traces of other metals. Despite the fact that iron is a major component of steel, how is it that stainless steel does not stain? That is because the chromium present in the alloy forms a thin layer of chromium oxide on the surface. This coating prevents the air from coming in contact with the iron component of the alloy thus dissuading the formation of iron oxide or rust. This phenomenon is called passivation and it also protects the steel from general staining and discoloration.

• Surgical Grade Steel – Many might be wary of wearing jewellery or even jewellery chain accessories niswa made of the same material that is used to create industrial steel chain & wire rope. Many might not be aware that there are various grades of steel. The 302L and 304L are some industrial grade stainless steels that are hardy but unsuitable for jewellery. On the other hand, there are 316L, 316 VLM and 317L that are used for making jewellery. All these types of steels have lower levels of nickel that make them ideal for jewellery. The 316VLM version is recommended for new piercings as it is developed in vacuum, making it smoother and cleaner. Later, they can wear the 316L versions, also called surgical grade steel. Even people with nickel allergy might get away with wearing jewellery made with 316L, 316VLM or 317L due to their low nickel content.

• Different Strokes – Although steel cannot be molded easily due to its hard nature, it does not mean that there is no variety. Stainless steel can be tainted in a number of colors and can even be plated with gold or silver. Moreover, if you fancy etching some designs on the surface, you can rest assured those designs will last a lifetime. Just make sure that when you are making the stainless jewellery, you get the measurements absolutely right. And in case of chains and bracelets, make sure the jewellery chain accessories are all in good working order. Flimsy clasps are the first sign of poor quality jewellery.

• Men’s Jewellery – Men are not so careful with their jewellery, and they like chunky jewellery. Both these criteria are fulfilled by stainless steel. You can get the strength of industrial steel chain & rope wire with the beauty of jewellery.

This new trend of steel jewellery is catching on fast thanks to the durability, longevity and the affordability of steel. Now your wedding bands can be as timeless as your love.

Parallel Worlds

Is parallel universe theory a science fiction?

According to a mathematical discovery by Oxford scientists, there is a breakthrough which is described as one of the most important developments in the history of science.

This is very encouraging indeed, since parallel worlds belief is a very rich substance of ancient mythology and literature. And since I am an advocate of searching for the truth within the core of mythology which I believe is jinnahtutors one of the major tools containing secret history of humanity and planet earth.

To get back to modern days, one of the pioneers of this theory was the famous US physicist Hugh Everett in 1950. He proposed that in many worlds universe whenever a physical possibility is explored the world splits off for each alternative outcome, each played in different universe, leading to alternative scenarios equal to the multiple universes splits.

The theory helps in making more sense in trying to answer to many mysteries surrounding Quantum Mechanics. But more interestingly it helps in making more sense of how a full record of our deeds may be archived by super beings for later use in our existential advancement. In other words, it explains the Day of Judgment where people are held accountable for their earthly deeds.

What may be understood from this is that if one commit to any act in our three dimensional world, this actual act would be archived in the plasmatic memory and stored for replay in another alternative dimension…

Currently there is a new research from Oxford gaining more grounds and offering a new mathematical answer deducing the main objections to such theory. This research reveals that Dr. Everett was on the right path to suggest the multiverse theory.

The basics of quantum mechanics are that particle positions can only be identified after observation, or else it remains in its superposition uncertain state spinning up and down changing position.

According to quantum mechanics, unobserved particles are described by “wave functions” representing a set of multiple “probable” states. When an observer makes a measurement, the particle then settles down into one of these multiple options, which is somewhat how the multiple universe theory can be explained.

The actual scientific research into multi universe stemmed from the arguments of time travel possibility and the manipulation of space time in order to solve its probabilistic hindering and outcome.

The whole idea of the existence of other dimensions is regarded to be the core of belief to heaven and hell concept to many religions and ancient cultures, and that is why it is very crucial to further research this theory to find a common ground between mythology, theology and modern science.

What may be learnt from ancient texts; some of it which is regarded divine to hundreds of millions of earth inhabitants.

The two sunsets and risings and more is a proof of parallel worlds with similar sun, and there is an indication in the Quran that there is more than one world, though interpretation varied whether the word Alamin stood for two as in alamayn or plural worlds as in alamin.

Then there is another verse that mentions the creation of seven skies by Allah and from earth similar to that, in Surat al Talak (65), verse;12: “God is He Who created seven Firmaments and of the earth a similar number”.

This is a very precise reference indicating the existence of six more Earth like planets, and by saying Earth like this presumably includes the inclusion of similar nature and life form.

Having said that, I need to hint to the obvious which is, if there are so many Earth like planets, how come none of them is observed during all of the efforts exerted by man ever since his creation to observe and study the stars. And since there is a reference for more than one sunrise and more than one sunset, that in itself would and without the benefit of a doubt lead us to conclude that those six remaining Earth like planets are coexisting within parallel worlds to our world.

Then there is another very interesting verse in Surat Al-Ana’am, No. 6, verse 133: “Thy Lord is Self-Sufficient, full of Mercy: if it were His Will, He could destroy you, and in your place appoint whom He will as your successors, even as He raised you up from the posterity of other people”.

This is another clear indication referring to a mixture of races which leads me to believe that what was mentioned in the book Enoch, the Emerald Tablets and other ancient references did refer to a hybrid race made out of Earthly Homo sapience and some other alien race that shares with us similarity in biophysical characteristics.

It is worth mentioning another reference in the Quran relating to Satan attempts to share with mankind children and other earthly wealth within our dimension as well. It says: (Surat Al-Isra’a, No.17, verse 64: “And arouse those whom thou canst among them, with thy (seductive) voice; make assaults on them with thy cavalry and thy infantry; mutually share with them wealth and children; and make promises to them.” But Satan promises them nothing but deceit).

Nevertheless, the belief of more than one world is shared by almost all known and recognized major religions regardless of race or creed, in addition to its being equally common by ancient mythology and legend.

After all, most of our kind believe in heaven and hell and the day of judgment, and most of us believe in good and evil, demons and angels, spirits and souls, the after death or afterlife, and the underworld, these and many other terms are used by us since ancient times only to describe in one way or the other the basics of a shared belief of other worlds, other dimensions and extra terrestrial beings. The pharaohs of Egypt preserved a very rich ancient culture of the afterlife, the book of the Dead, is but one of several to enrich it…

Going back to Quran, there is a reference for the God of the two sunrises and sunsets, (rabul mashriqain wa rabul maghribain in surat al Rahman), there is also another verse that refers to more than two sunrises and sunsets, it refers to a pluralistic perception of that, it says “Rabul Mashariq wa rabul magharib” in Surat Al-Safat, Surat Al-A’araf and in Surat Al-Ma’arij…

Surat Al-Rahman, No.55, verse 17: “(He is) Lord of the two Easts and Lord of the two Wests”.

Surat Al-Safat, No. 37, Verse 5: ‘Lord of the heavens and of the earth and all between them, and Lord of every point at the rising of the sun!”.

Surat Al-Maarij, No. 70, Verse 40: “Now I do call to witness the Lord of all points in the East and the West that We can certainly”.

Surat Al-A’araf, No. 7, verse 137: “And We made a people, considered weak (and of no account), inheritors of lands in both East and West– lands whereon We sent down Our blessings…”.

What makes it so intriguing in here is that Allah was addressing both the Jinn and mankind at the same time, as if he was hinting to the nature of which they coexist and interact together having a common fate and destiny created for servitude…

In the same Surat and while still addressing Jinn and mankind, HE, Allah indicates of the possibility for both kinds Jinn and man to exit from the gravitational force fields of the skies and earth with appropriate science. (Surat Al-Rahman, No. 55, verse 33: “O ye assembly of Jinns and men! If it be ye can pass beyond the zones of the heavens and the earth, pass ye! not without authority shall ye be able to pass!”.

Note: the terms field was plural, the skies were plural, but the Earth was singular, that leaves me with no doubts that the other Earth like planets are coexisting within other dimensions parallel to ours sharing with us the same Sun and nature, the Sun at such worlds might reflect different rays and colors. Light rays could be purple or ultra violet, for there is a historical reference I once read in a book recording strange incidents one of which took place in a Spanish farm several hundred years ago, it stated that while the farmers and field workers of a specific landlord were working the fields they suddenly found a boy and a girl emerging to them out of the void, they looked like human but with some strange features, they spoke an unknown and unrecognized language or dialect, they could not eat any of our food, though the boy died while the girl managed to live on beans for several months, enough to learn few words from the educated daughter of the landlord and tell her story claiming to have come from another world of purple to ultra violet sun and that she and her brother were actually fleeing from a bad person who was chasing them, they entered into a cave and suddenly went into a portal bringing them to our world…

Just as important is the saying of Jesus; Psalm 23:4 “Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I fear no evil…”.

It is analytically clear that Jesus refers in here to another dimension that exists between death and life, the valley of the shadow of death. It is very crucial in here to pay extra attention to the word Valley, a valley exists between two mountains bordering it. Could that be an indication to another dimensional world bordered by life and death as other parallel dimensions!

And the Sun rises on a new Dawn.

Condominium Management Services: Obstacles to Establishing a Reserve Fund

Establishing a reserve fund that has enough money to pay for a condo community’s emergency needs is crucial for the success of the complex. But there are often barriers to establishing such an account, obstacles that are often set in place during the home buying process — a time when prospective homeowners may be misinformed about the reality of assessment fees and the importance of using them to pay for more than maintenance and development.

Reserve Fund Obstacles

A condominium management services provider can help a community build an emergency fund, but it may have to challenge misconceptions that residents and board members have about how assessment fees should be used. If your community is struggling to come to terms with the need to build a meaningful reserve fund, chances are that one or more of the following obstacles are standing in the way, and must be addressed before progress can be made.

Residents Were Promised Stable Fees

Prospective homeowners don’t want to hear that assessment costs may rise. Consequently, realtors may tell them that fees will remain stable. The more development a community experiences, the more money it needs in reserve to sustain the development when unexpected expenses arise. With this in  IT Support mind, HOA management services can help board members develop a resource that accurately portrays the financial obligations of living in the community.

Fees Were Artificially Low During Introductory Marketing

Providers of HOA management services caution community owners against making assessment fees artificially low during the introductory marketing period. Once the period ends, costs must often be raised to pay for standard services, not to mention building an emergency fund. Low payments during the introductory marketing period may attract buyers, but it ultimately does them a disservice as members of the community. If assessments are artificially low for a period of time, prospective buyers should be aware of it.

Protest to Increased Costs

Building a reserve fund can be set back when board members are voted out, or the contract with an HOA management services provider is not renewed, in protest over raised assessment fees. Electing new board members and choosing a different condominium management services provider doesn’t solve the problem, though — it only forestalls the collection of money that is needed to build an acceptable emergency fund.

Conclusion

When a community has difficulty building a reserve fund, more than financial mismanagement may be to blame. Residents and board members can be misled into thinking that maintaining a reserve account is not worth raising assessment fees. When this happens, a provider of condominium management services can help resolve the matter by demonstrating the need for financial reserves, and developing an affordable plan to attain them.
